- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: • Site Block Plan and Location Plan Rev 00 • Existing Elevations – Sheet One Rev 00 • Existing Elevations – Sheet Two Rev 00 • Existing First Floor Plan GA Rev 00 • Existing Ground Floor Plan GA Rev 00 • Proposed Ground Floor Plan GA Rev 00 • Proposed First Floor Plan GA Rev 00 • Proposed Elevations – Sheet One Rev 01 (received 14 October 2022) • Proposed Elevations – Sheet Two Rev 01 (received 14 October 2022) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The materials to be used in the construction of the development hereby permitted shall be as stated on plan referenced: Proposed Elevations – Sheet Two Rev 01 (received 14 October 2022). Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship between the new development and the existing.
- The canopy structure hereby permitted shall only be used within the operating hours of the approved nursery usage to which it relates. Reason: In the interests of neighbouring amenities.
