Prior to first use, the extraction system shall be installed in accordance with details set out within Josie’s Wine Bar and Restaurant 213 Winchester Road, Chandlers Ford – Noise Impact Assessment Report 248/Rep 1/Rev 1/Jan 2023, this shall be managed and maintained in accordance with the recommendations of this noise report. The agreed measures shall then be maintained for the lifetime of the development. Reason: To protect the amenities of adjoining units and their uses.
The development hereby permitted shall not be open to customers and no deliveries shall be received to the site except between the hours of: • 07:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, • 08:00 to 17:00 Saturdays and • 08.00 to 16:00 Sunday and Bank Holidays. Reason: To protect the amenity of the occupiers of nearby properties.
The tables and chairs hereby permitted, shall be positioned as shown on plan referenced “Proposed Plans 02-OG Rev 2022.10.20”, and removed outside of the trading hours of the premises to which it relates. Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
The awnings shall be retracted outside of the trading hours of the premises to which it relates. Reason: In the interests of highways safety.
