Planning conditions
  1. The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: Sheet 4 Rev 2, Sheet 2 Rev 2, Sheet 1 Rev 4 and Sheet 3 Rev2. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall start no later than three years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
  3. The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall match in type, colour and texture those listed in the application form. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory visual relationship between the new development and the existing.
  4. The development hereby permitted shall only be used for hair salon in conjunction with the approved business. Reason: To protect the amenity of the adjoining residential properties.
  5. The development hereby permitted shall not be open to customers and no deliveries shall be received or dispatched from the site except between the hours of 09:30-19:30 Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:00 on Saturday and not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Reason: To protect the amenity of the occupiers of nearby properties.
  6. Note to Applicant: It is advised that no private vehicles, construction vehicles or deliveries should be accessed the site from Carpenters Close.
  7. Note to Applicant: Should we receive a complaint regarding the use of the premises, any issues with parking or should the use of the site intensify by way of an increased number of visitors/vehicles, then the Local Planning Authority will have a duty to investigate and review the situation.
  8. Note to Applicant: It is requested that the building works are carried out considerately to minimise disruption to the occupiers of the neighbouring properties. The council operates a code of best practice, which is available on the council's website www.eastleigh.gov.uk by following the links to Planning and Building, Building Control, then select 'Considerate Builders Advice Note'.
  9. Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (February 2019), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
