The portakabin and its use as a dog groomers (sui generis) hereby permitted shall be for a limited period expiring on 15 July 2025. On or before this date: a) The portacabin and any associated materials and equipment shall be removed from the site; b) The land shall be restored to its former use and condition. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to assess the impact of the proposed development.
The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: - Proposed Site Plan and Location Plan – 9861-201 - Proposed Floor Plan and Elevations – 9861-202 - Noise Management Plan (received 7 June 2022) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
The development hereby permitted shall not operate except between the hours of: • 9:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday • 9:00 – 13:00 Saturdays • Not at all Sundays or public holidays Reason: To protect the amenity of the occupiers of nearby properties.
The development shall be implemented in accordance with the noise management plan (received 7 June 2022) which will apply at all times. Reason: To protect the amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties.
The windows on the western elevation shall remain closed during business hours unless agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the amenities of the neighbouring properties.
