- The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with the following plans numbered: LOC 01, SK1 01 and M-001 Rev A01 Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
- The external sound level emitted from plant, machinery or equipment at the development hereby approved shall be lower than the lowest existing background sound level by at least 5 dBA in order to prevent any adverse impact. The assessment shall be made in accordance with BS4142:2014 at the nearest and/or most affected noise sensitive premises, with all machinery operating together at maximum capacity. Reason: To ensure that the amenity of occupiers of the development site and surrounding premises is not adversely affected by noise
- Machinery, plant or equipment or the extract/ ventilation system and ducting at the development shall be mounted with proprietary anti-vibration isolators and fan motors shall be vibration isolated from the casing and adequately silenced and maintained as such. Reason: To ensure that the amenity of occupiers of the development site and surrounding premises is not adversely affected by vibration
- Note to Applicant: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework (July 2021), Eastleigh Borough Council takes a positive approach to the handling of development proposals so as to achieve, whenever possible, a positive outcome and to ensure all proposals are dealt with in a timely manner.
