Minor amendment to Condition 12 on approval 22/2546/MFULNo development hereby permitted *other than landscaping* shall commence until the following information has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:a) A detailed drainage design based upon the approved Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy.b) Detailed proposals for the management of surface water and silt runoff from the site during construction of the development hereby permitted.c) Proposals for the adoption and maintenance of the permanent surface water drainage system.The development shall not be brought into use until the works have been approved and implemented in accordance with the details under (a) - (c) above.
