  1. The 20m high lattice tower and associated equipment hereby approved shall be painted green (RAL 6009) in colour and thereafter retained, unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the local planning authority. REASON: To ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development - in accordance with Paragraph 198 of the NPPF and policies D2 and D5 of the Dudley Borough Development Strategy, and policies DLP78 and 81 contained within the emerging Dudley Local Plan.
