  1. 1. The proposed single storey rear extension constitutes permitted development as defined in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). For this reason planning permission is not required for the proposed development subject to compliance with the following conditions: a) The materials used in any exterior work (other than materials used in the construction of a conservatory) shall be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwelling house. This application is in relation to Drawings No. 2182-LDC-01 - existing ground floor plan and elevations and 2182-LDC-02 - proposed ground floor plan and elevations
