  1. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: location plan (as received 29th June 2026); A110 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
  2. Any damage caused to the listed building(s) in performance of the works permitted by this consent shall be made good. REASON: In order to prevent detrimental impacts on the fabric and appearance of the listed building in accordance with DLP54 Conservation and Enhancement of the Historic Environment of Dudley and Policy DLP56 Listed Buildings of the Dudley Local Plan.
  3. Notwithstanding the approved plans and application details, no consent is granted for any signage shown on the submitted plans. This listed building consent relates solely to the installation of five internal partitions and any signage shall require separate consent. REASON: To ensure that the impact of any signage on the character, appearance and significance of the listed building is subject to separate assessment and to safeguard the architectural and historic integrity of the listed structure in accordance with DLP54 Conservation and Enhancement of the Historic Environment of Dudley and Policy DLP56 Listed Buildings of the Dudley Local Plan. INFORMATIVE - LBC ONLY This decision does not convey any consent or approval required under any enactment, byelaw, order, or regulation, other than Section 8 and 17 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. APPROVAL STATEMENT INFORMATIVE In dealing with this application the Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to dealing with the application, by seeking to help the applicant resolve technical detail issues where required and maintaining the delivery of sustainable development. The development would sustain and enhance the significance of the designated heritage asset and puts it into a viable use consistent with its conservation and is thereby in accordance with Policies HE4 and HE6 of Chapter 20 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2026)
