Planning conditions
  1. No development shall commence until a scheme for protecting residents in the proposed dwellings from noise from the ground floor commercial use of the premises has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. All works which form part of the approved scheme shall be completed before occupation of the permitted dwellings, and such protection measures in the agreed scheme shall be maintained throughout the life of the development. REASON: To protect the amenities of future residents in accordance with Paragraph 198 of the NPPF and policies D2 and D5 of the Dudley Borough Development Strategy, and policies DLP78 and 81 contained within the emerging Dudley Local Plan.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 2562-100, 2562-200, 2562-201 Rev B, 2562-202 Rev A. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
