- While there is no objection in principle to the proposed reduction to the lime tree, the Council take the view that it is undesirable for private individuals to undertake work to trees under the management of the Council's Tree Department. Any application to work on protected trees owned by the Council should be directed to the relevant Tree Inspector through Dudley Council Plus.
