Planning conditions
  1. The applicant has failed to provide sufficient arboricultural evidence to demonstrate that the protected Corsican pine trees are dangerous or that the proposed felling and substantial reduction works are necessary. In the absence of such evidence, the Local Planning Authority considers that the proposed works would harm the character, appearance and integrity of the woodland protected by the Tree Preservation Order. Consent is therefore refused.
