The demolition of the building shall proceed in complete accordance with the details contained within the submitted Application Form and the land shall be restored to a similar ground level to that of the existing site unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To protect amenity during the demolition process. Notes to Applicant/Informatives The applicant is also reminded that a Demolition Notice will need to be submitted to Building Control prior to commencement of any demolition. The applicant is reminded that an Environmental Permit may be required as part of the demolition process, unless the plant that is used is already covered by an Environmental Permit.
