  1. 1. The proposed garage conversion and single storey rear extension constitute permitted development as defined in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). For this reason planning permission is not required for the proposed development subject to compliance with the following conditions: a) The materials used in any exterior work (other than materials used in the construction of a conservatory) shall be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwelling house. This application is in relation to Drawings Nos GD2900/04 - Block Plan; GD2900/01 - Existing Plans and Elevations; GD2900/02 Rev A - Proposed Plans and Elevations and GD2900/03 - Location Plan.
