The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with Section 18 and Section 74(3) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location plan and submitted Openreach Survey plans dated 19/05/2026. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
Any damage caused to the listed buildings in performance of the works permitted by this consent shall be made good. REASON: In order to prevent detrimental impacts on the fabric and appearance of the listed building in accordance with BCCS Policy ENV2 - Historic Character Distinctiveness and Borough Development Strategy 2017 Policy S10 Listed Buildings. Informatives In dealing with this application the Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to dealing with the application, by seeking to help the applicant resolve technical detail issues where required and maintaining the delivery of sustainable development. The development would sustain and enhance the significance of the designated heritage asset and puts it into a viable use consistent with its conservation and is thereby in accordance with paragraph's 210 and 212 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
