The development hereby permitted shall be occupied as a single dwellinghouse within Use Class C3 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) and for no other purpose, including any other purpose within Use Class C4 (Houses in Multiple Occupation) or as a House in Multiple Occupation in Sui Generis use. REASON:To safeguard the residential amenity of the area, and to ensure adequate levels of parking and because the application has been assessed and found acceptable only on the basis of occupation as a single dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) in accordance with Policies ENV3 and TRAN4 of the Black Country Core Strategy and Policy S17 of the Dudley Borough Development Strategy, the Parking Standards SPD, and the policies contained within the emerging Dudley Local Plan. Informative note on sound insulation between premises Sound insulation will be required between the proposed residential development and adjoining employment use. This is a matter that is covered separately under Building Regulations and no planning conditions are recommended by Environmental Safety and Health to require such works, to avoid unnecessary duplication of controls under the two separate regimes. The variation of Conditions 9 (Operating Hours) and 11 (Deliveries and Dispatches) attached to planning permission P23/1380 hereby approved shall cease to have effect 12 months from the date of this permission. Upon expiry of that period, the operating and delivery hours shall revert to those approved under planning permission P23/1380 unless a further planning permission has been granted.
