- The occupation of the residential apartment authorised by this prior approval shall not commence until all the elevational works shown on the drawings approved pursuant to the planning permission ref P26/0313 as approved on the 13th May 2026, have been completed. These works shall thereafter be retained. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning and to ensure that there is adequate natural light to the residential properties as required by condition MA.2 f of Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
- The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location plan Drg No. WHB-SA[20]0001, Existing and Proposed site plans Drg No. WHB-SA[20]0002 and Existing and Proposed floor plans Drg No. WHB-MA[20]0001. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning.
