  1. The proposed extension constitutes permitted development as defined in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). For this reason planning permission is not required for the proposed development subject to compliance with the following conditions: a) The materials used in any exterior work (other than materials used in the construction of a conservatory) shall be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwelling house. This application is in relation to the following plans: Drawing Numbers WHB-SA 20 0001 Rev P01 (Location Plan) and WHB-SA 20 0002 Rev P00 (Site Plans) received by the Local Planning Authority on 24.02.2026 and Drawing Numbers WHB-MA 20 0005 Rev P01 (Proposed Floor Plans) and WHB-MA 20 0006 (Proposed Elevations) received by the Local Planning Authority on 25.03.2026.
