Planning conditions
  1. Having carefully assessed the amenity value of the trees and the likely impact of the proposed works on the character and visual quality of the area; the Council concludes that the application is not adequately justified. The supporting information fails to demonstrate that the proposed works comply with best practice as set out in BS3998:2010 Tree Work - Recommendations, particularly in relation to the long-term health, stability, and amenity contribution of the trees. In light of this and given the absence of compelling justification to override the identified harm, the application is refused.
