Decision & conditions

Planning Permission is Required
Decision Notice
Planning conditions
  1. Given the presence of an original single storey rear element which the proposal would adjoin, the proposed development would result in the enlarged part of the dwellinghouse extending beyond a wall forming a side elevation of the original dwellinghouse and would have a width greater than half the width of the original dwellinghouse. Therefore, the proposal fails to meet the limits and conditions set out in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A (j) (iii) and (ja) of Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order (England) 2015 (as amended) and planning permission is therefore required for the development.
