Application overview
Retrospective application (Section 73A) to change use from B2 to Sui Generis, for a metal reclamation, processing and grading business. Operating with all licenses including :Environmental Permit; Scrap Metal License; Exemptions S2, T2, T9 and T11 to dissassemble used good and reclaim the variuos non-ferrous metals. The resulting materials and waste arisings are then stored before dispatch. A shared front standing provides off road space for 3 vehicles for the works van and visiting vehicles.
