Change of use to include an asbestos waste transfer station comprising of a fenced compound where a container (enclosed, lockable asbestos skip) will be sited on an impermeable concrete base with directional fall and a sealed drainage system in accordance with environmental permit, standard rules SR2008 No9 - Asbestos Waste Transfer Station. To accept and store asbestos waste which has been securely double bagged or wrapped prior to onward consignment to a licensed waste landfill site.
