Application overview
Single storey extension to an existing practical block. The extension will be constructed from matching masonry and it will incorporate polyester powder coated windows and doors all to match the existing. The roof will be formed from composite standing seam metal roofing all to match the existing. As part of the extension an external mixing area will be transferred from the exisitng and rebuilt onto the proposal.
