Application overview
The proposal involves the construction of a purpose-built single storey residential care facility allowing families and/or carers to access short or longer term holiday accommodation which fully meets the specialised needs of their children/charges. An existing single storey building, used currently for office accommodation, is required to be demolished to allow the proposed facility to be built.
