Application overview
Break through section of external wall underneath existing windows to form an external door opening (1520mmx2073mm). - Install a single door and leaf, outward opening door, with primary leaf glazed. Glazing will match windows above with a ‘6 pane’ vision panel. - Above door, brick soldier course to be installed matching the existing window openings above. -Demolish section of freestanding wall, - Installation of external concrete ramp with black powder coated aluminium handrails and mid-rails set at a height of 950mm and 450mm respectively.
