Application overview
The proposal is for the removal of the existing tile hanging cladding to the front and side elevation which has become in poor condition and for the subframe to be insulated and re-clad with a cement-free render system. The purpose is to provide the school with a maintence free cladding and improve the thermal envelope of the school to help reduce heating costs and their carbon footprint. Additionally there is proposed to create 2 new fire escape doors to increase the means of escape provided
