Council planning record

Four pitched slate roof areas to the side and rear of the main school building are in poor condition and leaking into internal areas. It is proposed that the slate covering is replaced whilst retaining as many of the existing slates as possible for reuse. The rainwater goods are to be retained and repainted and the existing rooflight is to be repaired. The roofs are to be thermally insulated and ventilation is to be incorporated in the design.
