Application overview
The propals include for upgrading the internal environment of the centre by demolishing the centrally located storage area and the creation of new internal storage areas. Access to the centre will be improved with the introduaction of a DDA compliant access ramp, power assisted entrance door and canopy over. The building will also be upgraded replacing timber windows with new aluminium windows. The external vertical hanging tiles will be replaced with Trespa Cladding Board. The glazed elevation to the rear of the centre will be remodelled with a combination of Trespa Cladding and new aluminium windows and doors.
