Demolition of former staff bungalow and resiting of adult day centre garden centre on the site, incuding a tradionally built kiosk. Demolition of a P.E. Store and it's traditionally built relacement. Erection of a new 1.2m high wall at entance gate on Buxton Road and security fencing up to 2.7m high around the site. Modification to vehicle site lines at the main entrance to the site.
