Discharge of Conditions 14 and 15 of Z/2010/1006/O which relate to a revision to the RSK Group (RSK) Environmental Site Investigation and Generic Quantitative Risk Assessment, City Quays Development, dated May 2010 and, if necessary, a detailed Remediation Strategy (RS) outlining the measures to be undertaken to ensure that any potential on-site land and water contamination does not pose a potential risk to human health and that the identified pollution linkages are demonstrably broken, has been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Department.
