Erection of an infill extension and roof alterations and remodelling / refurbishment to the existing 24 hour Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit for adult male patients, creating a secure entrance for the Willow Suite and relocating the ward office, waiting and search area, de-escalation and seclusion area. To serve the extension an external pedestrian path and access road leading to new parking is proposed near the building's new entrance. The refurbishment / remodelling of the existing Willow Suite building requires the replacement of windows and doors. The refurbishment / remodelling of the existing Gym and Therapy building requires the removal of the low level windows and a vent is required for the existing Gym roof. The proposal would also re landscape the central courtyard and create a new external amenity space
