Application for a non material amendment following grant of planning permission DA/16/00464/FUL in respect of:The rear elevation at first and second floors is no longer recessed at the stair core.The parapets have been cut above the front bay projections, to allow better drainage of the roof area.The heads of the landing windows to the stair core have been re-aligned as there is no longer an internal stepped floor level so the windows are at floor level rather than half landings.The change from the stepped internal ground floor levels means that the relationship of the triangular bay windows appears to be closer to ground level but are not changed in the construction, just the ground levels beneath them.The cycle storage location has been revised.
