Tree species: Field MapleMature Field Maple.Proposed works: - Reduce canopy volume 40%- Cuts approximately 1.5-1.75m from branch tipsReasons for work: The tree's canopy is physically contacting the house, posing a risk of damage to brickwork, guttering, roof tiles, and external fixtures.- The proximity of large limbs increases the risk of impact damage during storms or high winds.- Seasonal leaf-fall is likely to block gutters and downpipes, increasing damp and drainage risks.- A significant reduction is required to ensure long-term safety, maintain adequate clearance from property, and prevent structural or cosmetic damage
