02/2/26 T221 (Elm) T1 Dune Willow (I believe) Wished to be felled to ground level. Reason: The tree forms part of a group on the boundary of the church grounds and has naturally fort for light and made it lean heavily towards the road covering both lanes, and creating a very low canopy for passing vehicle?s, long term retention isn't plausible. Tree on land of the 44 club, behind 15 and 16 Wood Street. I am unsure of the species of the tree but I would like to crown reduction to a height of 8 metres above ground level, and crown thinning of 25%. On a call with the tree protection officer, I was advised to put in a planning application so the officer could come and check to see if there was in fact a preservation order against this specific tree as it doesn't show on the current TPO map, but there is some historic orders in the area.
