Replacement and introduction of cavity barriers, fire-stopping measures and associated supporting components as required to comply with current fire safety requirements.The replacement materials will replicate the existing appearance of the building and will not result in a material alteration to the external appearance. Minor associated works are proposed to the rear elevation only, with no changes to the use of the building, site access arrangements, highways, drainage, hardstanding or site layout.
