Variation of condition 9 and 11 of listed building consent dated 26th February 2026 (RN: 25/06843/LBC) for the replacement of the existing fourth floor (mansard) level single glazed windows, installation of a new security camera atop the mansard and minor amendments to internal alterations previously approved under RN: 24/08517/LBC, including retention of structural works, new areas of suspended ceiling, amendments to lighting and electrical layouts, replacement and/or retention of pre-existing wall linings/boxing/bulkheads, alterations to openings and new areas of floor coverings (part retrospective); Namely, to allow an extension for the submission of details confirming works have been undertaken in accordance with the requirements of the details set out under Conditions 9 and 11 until 31 November 2026.
