Oak T7 - Prune back west facing branches to appropriate growth points by approximately 3 metres to attain a clearance of 1.5 metres from the fabric of the house. Remove lower epicormics growth to attain a clearance of 2.3 metres above ground level. Oak T8 - Remove north easterly branch at union with main trunk, as indicated and proposed in the last photograph on page 4 of the applicant's information sheet. Reduce north facing branch by an extent not exceeding 4 metres to an appropriate growth point in order to clear from the fabric of the property. Oaks T3, T4, T5, T6, T7 and T9 - Remove lower epicormic growth on the trunks of Oak T3, T4, T5, T6, T7 and T9 to attain a clearance of 2.3 metres above ground level.
