Application to vary Condition Nos. 2, 9, 10, 11 and 18 of planning permission 2015/0754/F; and remove Condition Nos. 5, 6 and 7. The conditions are varied to include increase in height of stair tower and alterations to external appearance (substitution of materials) including to the plant screen and balustrade (Condition No. 2); to include submitted Written Schemes of Investigation (Condition No. 3); to include submitted drainage details (Condition Nos. 9 and 10); to include the Construction Management Plan submitted (Condition No. 11); and to amend the plan referred to in the design of the front boundary wall / fence (Condition No. 18). Condition Nos. 5 (investigation and risk assessment), 6 (remediation scheme details) and 7 (remediation scheme compliance) are removed as details are submitted to comply with these contaminated land conditions.
