Crown lift by removal of the lowest south-westfacing limb and 1 north-west facing limb and prune remaining branches to allow unobstructed pedestrian access within the garden to a height of 2.3 metres above the ground level. Reduce east-facing crown branches overhanging neighbours garages by pruning back to suitable growth points by an extent not exceeding 2 metres to prevent branches touching the fabric of the roofs.
