Felling of Oak tree no2 on sketch plan to provide sufficient clearance from my house. Located in neighbours garden at High Rise Park Drive. The tree is located approximately 5m from the side of my house and approximately 3m from the boundary wall. Branches are overhanging the boundary wall and path. When in full leaf the tree obscures a lot of light fom the dining room and bedrooms above and in autumn I am faced with a lot of leaf clearing. When the branches grow further there will be a significant possibility of damage to my house in severe weather conditions.I have written to the neighbour at High Rise asking for permission.
