Application for a certificate of lawful development for the use of the dwelling house (Use Class C3) as a children's home (Use Class C2) to accommodate a maximum of 1 child (aged 8 to 17) with staffing consisting of three teams of two carers working on a rotational basis. Shifts will run from 10.00 a.m. on day one, until 10:30 a.m. on day three, with staff completing sleep-in duties overnight, for example: shift start time of 10am Monday morning, working until 10.30am Wednesday morning, including two sleep-in shifts. A Registered Manager will be on-site during weekdays and may attend out of hours in an emergency.
