Application overview
4 Ash stems adjacent rear boundary of the property, coppice to leave 30cm stools. Retain smallest Ash stem and adjacent Hawthorn. A twin stemmed Ash has a large cavity at the base from a previous stem failure. An adjacent Ash stem has grown with an extensive lean toward the street light. Removal of the twin stemmed decayed tree will leave this tree exposed. This tree has poor form. Adjacent to this tree is a semi mature, upright Ash with good form. Coppicing of the adjacent Ash stems will create space for this better specimen to develop into maturity.
