An abundance of moderate deadwood in the crown. 2 hanging branches at 10m central and west. Die back at the tips all over the crown. Die back at the apical tips approximately 3m dead - Crown clean all deadwood over 25mm and reduce the tree all over by 3m T061 Sycamore - Pronounced buttress. Bark delamination of the lower stem. Soft when hit with the resi hammer up the stem to 2m. 7x trinities brackets at 8m east - Fell to ground level T108 Silver Birch - Trametes at the base. Leaning south - Fell to ground level T129 Sycamore - Large cavity at the base southwest with extensive decay into the root system, white fungi mycelium and a depth of 40cm. Damage to the northside at ground level from suspected mower damage. Die back of the tips at 15m north.
