Council planning record

To reduce trees along residence boundary due to trees constantly falling into gardens and blocking light. The bank is overpopulated and needs areas thinned due to trees growing tall and unstable. The area is littered with fallen and dead trees. In the past few years, a number have fallen into gardens. We are recommending the fallen dead trees be cut and stacked on site. Trees to be removed will be marked with spray paint. Group of Alder thinned by 50% and ones left reduced by 3-4m. Along the rear of the gardens we would then reduce the first 2-3m of woodland of any Salix, Elder Prunus by 3m and thin out areas to encourage stronger growth - subject to TPO 6/2016
