T1 x Pinus nigra- Remove to ground level and replant with 12ft heavy standard Betula Pendula. Tree has grown as part of a group of 5 Pines and has subsequently become suppressed with heavy phototrophic growth, leaning towards the road and overhead services. Remaining group of trees should be largely unaffected by the T1's removal and as a group still provide high amenity value. As a condition of T1's removal it is recommended to replace with a Silver Birch and provide further diversity to the villages overall canopy cover
