Application overview
TO BE CONFIRMED DC could not find any reference to TPO on mapping layer, in M Drive or within Paper files at Office. Requested further advice from team leader on 29/02/24. MF also confirms we have no record of TPO on the subject tree. DC has requested the application be withdrawn by Support Team on 15/03/24. T1 - To reduce protected oak tree by 3 metres all round and apply for permission from the council. The tree is extensively hollow at the base and through the main trunk (see photos) As the tree is liable to fail in the short to medium future, it is advised a crown reduction will reduce end weight and therefore wind loading on the tree which would increase the likelihood of failure.
