TO BE CONFIRMED Externally, to rear of building, extend the first floor, to ground floor external walls approx 2.1m x 1.8m also extending smaller gabled roof to be in-line with larger gabled roof. To the side of the building, relocate first floor side bedroom window to centralise within the room, moving it approx 0.4m towards the front of the building and move the side door approx 0.2m towards the rear of the building, also to centralise. Internally, downstairs, enlarge kitchen, move stairs to shower room location and build a wetroom were stairs were. Upstairs, move bathroom to 'extension' and extend bedroom over former site of stairs, making it approx 2.4m x 2.7m (from 2.4m x 1.9m).
