One of the trees is leaning on the wall and the other grows onto the applicants dwelling. Both encroach the neighbouring garden and cast significant shade. Hedge - Leylandii conifer - Fell - This hedge is in approximately 8 metres long and due to being infrequently trimmed and in poor condition will never be a neat hedge. Applicant would like to replant with Photinia or similar to re-establish a green boundary. T3 Hornbeam - Fell - This has outgrown its position, now significantly encroaching the neighbouring garden and casting shade on the applicants garden. The garden has a number of mature trees therefore no replanting is proposed.
