Application overview
T1 Oak. Remove the first 2 branches on the northern canopy to give 4.5m clear stem height at the trunk then, crown reduce the northern canopy from 5m onwards by up to 2m cutting back to suitable lateral branches creating wounds of no more than 30mm in diameter to leave a canopy of around 2.5 metres in width. The works are notified for the avoidance of doubt. The works are necessary for the implimentation of a planning consent in accordance with Regulation 14(1) (vii) The Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012 UK Statutory Instruments 2012 No. 605S.
