The creation of a One Planet Development (OPD) smallholding, with a straw bale single-story accommodation building (12m x 6m footprint) with ancillary buildings; battery shed, craft hut (for land based enterprise), duck shed, rabbit shed, goat & sheep barn, small greenhouse. The proposed smallholding is off-grid, with solar power, rainwater harvesting, composting toilet, coppice for firewood (heating and cooking), vegetable garden and fruit trees to ensure 65% of all food needs are grown or reared on-site.
